Authoritative Style

Because of the volatile nature of the dictatorial style, more leaders and managers opt for the authoritative style.

The authoritative leader traits are: seldom lets others make decisions, feels he/she is the most qualified and experienced, considers his/her views to be most valid, lacks confidence in others abilities, critical of differing opinions, rarely gives recognition, is easily offended, uses others for his/her benefit, action oriented, highly comtetitive

The biggest weakness of this style is the failure to recognize the skills and abilities within other people. They are often denied opportunities to use or exhibit their skills in decision-making venues.

Yet, the greatest strength of this style is to produce action when it is needed.

Consultative Style

This style focuses on using the skills, experiences, and ideas of others. However, the leader or manager using this style still retains the final decision-making power. To his or her credit, they will not make major decisions without first getting the input from those that will be affected.

The consultative leader traits are: often involve others in problem solving, team building, retains right for final decisions, focuses his/her time on more important activities, provides proper recognition, delegates but keeps “veto power”, weighs all alternatives before final decision is made.

Kelab Kembara Perintis

Kelab adalah merupakan satu titik tolak bermulanya sebuah perancangan besar untuk mengumpulkan ahli-ahli yang aktif dalam pengurusan untuk keluar berinteraksi dan bersosialogi bersama bagi mengeratkan jalinan silaturrahim.

Aktiviti-aktiviti dapat dijalankan berdasarkan kerjasama ahli-ahli berikan dan mencapai objektif serta hala tuju yang dikehendaki.

Tidak dinafikan bahawa, sesebuah kelab tidak mampu untuk bergerak jika komitmen penuh yang diberikan oleh ahli-ahli kurang. Ianya wajar untuk menaikkan semangat untuk terus hidup dan berjuang.

Peluang... berapa lama seseorang itu mempunyai peluang kali kedua? Adakah ianya menjadi akan kerap berlaku ataupun tuah seseorang itu mempunyai banyak peluang?

Jika kita tahu akan peluang yang akan muncul tiba banyak kali, sudah tentu ianya akan ditunggu dan tidak satu pun peluang itu dilepaskan...

Awas!! jika peluang itu hanya sekali dalam seumur hidup.. pasti satu penyesalan yang amat dalam lubuk hati seseorang itu akan mengenangkan ianya berlalu begitu sahaja....

Bak kata pepatah "Jika sebiji batu bergolek ianya tidak akan diselaputi lumut", maknanya... aku sendiri pun tak tahu apa maknanya... tak de maknanyer!!!!

Tak Sabar Menanti Kejayaan Yang Bakal Tiba

Suatu penantian adalah satu perkara yang amat sukar. Ini akan menambahkan satu kekusutan bila difikirkan banyak kali. Terutamanya bila kita menunggu saatnya. Tidak dapat dinafikan jika perkara ini masih belum selesai, selagi itulah perasaan gundah gulana melanda jiwa. (jiwa kacau beb!)

Bisa dikatakan bahawa, bila sampai waktunya barulah kita terasa akan pencapaian yang kita usahakan. Akan tetapi, kejayaan yang dicapai tidak seharusnya dimegah-megahkan, cukup sekadar mengucapkan 'Alhamdulillah' syukur kepada Allah S.W.T yang memberi kita nikmat dan rahmat yang tidak ternilai untuk kita membalasnya.

Dasarnya, kita beroleh kejayaan tersebut dengan usaha dan tawakkal serta keizinan Tuhan adalah ketentuanNya jua.

Dalam mengejar suasana global pada hari ini, kita perlulah bersaing dalam ilmu pengetahuan yang luas dan hidup dalam era profesional memerlukan pemikiran yang kreatif dan kritis serta inovatif untuk mengapai kecemerlangan dalam hidup keseluruhannya.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

Since my age getting older, I have to know that too much things that I must bring forward to make them archive as myself as a beginner. Soon or later I have to get what I want, and for sure I have to share all the things especially with my son.

Looking distance make me no worries with all my way such a beautiful day dream. Complete my study and do my work is the greatest way to make a first move as a manager or CEO one day. Sharing is the better way to get knowledgeable and do some network in the community. It can build-up my motivate, spiritual, two way communication, exchange ideas, trust and etc.

My pleasures is always yours... this words I always practice to make someone happy with who have done to them. I know I'm not perfect, so I help people to make their life just to be a look a like perfect.

Last but not least, ordinary people have to be extra ordinary people need to do things are valuable, creative thinking and also brave to take the risk. Once we have done, don't feel guilty but it is the responsible that you have made at that time. Just be myself and always i remember that. Don't throw it away because it is my history.
